What to include
Support and bug reports
Something broken, parsing wrongly, or exporting badly. Including the job posting URL and the file you uploaded helps us reproduce it quickly.
Billing and subscriptions
Refunds, failed payments, plan changes, or cancelling. Email from the address on the account and we can look it up.
Delete my account and data
Email us and we will remove the account and its stored resumes. See the privacy policy for what is held and for how long.
Feedback and feature requests
Tell us what is missing or what annoyed you. This is the most useful mail we get.
